Water Bill

Water Bills are Quarterly

Water bills are mailed out quarterly by - April 15th, July 15th, October 15th and January 15th. Bills are generated by readings obtained March 31st, June 30th, September 30th and December 31st, by a remote radio control system operated by the Department of Public Works. You can request your water bill to be emailed instead of being delivered by regular mail.  Please click here to request E-Billing of water bill.

Water bills are due the 20th of the month following the quarter end. Water bill payments may not be combined with tax or solid waste payments; please write a separate check for each.

A 10% penalty is assessed on the billed amount 30 days after the bill date.  A delinquent notice is mailed with the penalty added.  Any bill that remains unpaid 60 days from the bill date is subject to water disconnection. If a check is returned on a delinquent account, services will be discontinued immediately until cash or money order payment is made. The town charges a $25 fee for returned checks, which will be added to your account.

A reconnect fee will be charged in the amount of $250.00 to restore services and this fee will need to be remitted prior to the water being reconnected.
