We are an independent branch of government constitutionally entrusted with the fair and just resolution of disputes in order to preserve the rule of law and to protect the rights and liberties guaranteed by the Constitution and laws of the United States and this State.

The Ho-Ho-Kus Municipal Court Office and Violations Bureau is located at 333 Warren Avenue, Ho-Ho-Kus  and is open 9:00am - 4:00pm Monday thru Friday (Closed 1:00 - 2:00pm daily)

Ho-Ho-Kus Municipal Court sessions are held on the first Wednesday of each month at 4:00pm at the Borough Hall please check the website or call.

Court Dates all are 4:00 pm

Due to Covid-19 municipal court sessions will be held remotely/ virtual using Zoom and begin at 4 pm. To schedule a virtual court date contact the Ho-Ho-Kus Municipal Court at 201-652-0699 or by email and include your name, ticket or complaint number, email address and cell phone number within seven days of the issuance of a ticket or complaint.
