Planning Board
The Planning Board is responsible for reviewing and making determinations with regard to subdivision, site plan, and conditional use applications, and variance applications in connection with subdivision and site plan review. The Planning Board reviews and makes recommendations as to zoning ordinances and amendments thereto, capital improvement projects, the official land use map, and other matters referred to it by the Borough's governing body. The Planning Board is also responsible for the preparation and adoption of the Master Plan that guides land use development in the Borough.
ANNUAL NOTICE OF MEETINGS AMENDMENT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the regularly scheduled and previously published Annual Notice of Meeting’s notice indicated the Planning Board of the Borough of Ho-Ho-Kus, Bergen County, State of New Jersey would meet via remote video/audio conference for the year 2022. Beginning with the April 14, 2022 meeting, the Planning Board will meet in the Council Chambers of the Ho-Ho-Kus Municipal Building, 333 Warren Avenue, Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ 07423. Meetings will begin at 7:30PM. Meeting dates have not changed. Formal action may be taken on any matter considered by the Planning Board. Meetings are scheduled for the second and third Thursday of each month except where noted*.
