Planning Board
The Planning Board is responsible for reviewing and making determinations with regard to subdivision, site plan, and conditional use applications, and variance applications in connection with subdivision and site plan review. The Planning Board reviews and makes recommendations as to zoning ordinances and amendments thereto, capital improvement projects, the official land use map, and other matters referred to it by the Borough's governing body. The Planning Board is also responsible for the preparation and adoption of the Master Plan that guides land use development in the Borough.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, in accordance with the Open Public Meeting Law, N.J.S.A 10:4-6, et seq., Chapter 231, P.L. 1975 the public meetings of the Planning Board of the Borough of Ho-Ho-Kus, Bergen County, State of New Jersey will be held on the following dates at the Borough of Ho-Ho-Kus Municipal Building, 333 Warren Avenue, Council Chambers, Borough of Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ, 07423 at 7:00 P.M., at which time formal action may be taken on any matter considered by the Planning Board. Meetings are scheduled for the second and third Thursday of each month except where noted*.
