New Business / Ownership Planning Board Approval

Please know that any new business needs to receive approval from the Zoning Officer and the Planning Board before they can open. This also applies to a change of ownership.

A copy of the Zoning Officer’s and the Planning Board’s New Business application may be found on the Ho-Ho-Kus website. 

Fees:

Zoning Officer New Business App.: $50

Planning Board New Business App: $150
