Mark your calendars for the 5th Annual Ho-Ho-Kus Day!
Mark your calendars for Saturday, September 12, from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., as Downtown Ho-Ho-Kus comes alive for the 5th Annual Ho-Ho-Kus Day!
This year, as Ho-Ho-Kus joins communities across the country in celebrating America’s 250th Anniversary, Ho-Ho-Kus Day offers a special opportunity to come together, reconnect with friends and neighbors, and celebrate the hometown spirit that makes our Borough so special.
Enjoy live music all day, a wide selection of gourmet food trucks, and rides and amusements including a mechanical bull, zip line, trackless train, fire truck bounce and moonwalk, along with face painting, a balloon artist, petting zoo, popcorn, ice cream, cotton candy and much, much more!
The Ho-Ho-Kus Inn will host a beer garden serving Oktoberfest craft beer and a selection of beverages. Refreshments may be enjoyed throughout the enclosed festival area, with a large tent and seating on the Town Green and local vendor and community organization tents lining Orvil Court.
The Quack is Back! The Ho-Ho-Kus Chamber of Commerce is bringing back the popular Ho-Ho-Kus Ducky Derby at 2:00 p.m. on Warren Avenue. Scan the QR code on the flyer to adopt your lucky duck and enter the contest!
The celebration begins the evening before with Movie Night on Friday, September 11, featuring The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie at dusk on the Town Green.
Admission is free, and everyone is welcome. Stop by for a little while or stay all day. We look forward to celebrating Ho-Ho-Kus Day and America’s 250th Anniversary with you!
More event highlights will be shared soon!
